If you reach the camera limit on your plan, we will notify you and suggest upgrading. You can continue using your existing cameras without interruption. Additional cameras simply require moving to the next tier.
Monthly plans have no contract — cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year at a 20% discount. If you cancel an annual plan mid-cycle, you retain access through the remainder of your paid period.
