This Cookie Policy explains how Mars Technologies Ltd. ("AgenticEye", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on agenticeye.com, os.agenticeye.com and the AgenticEye OS web app. It supplements our Privacy Policy and the OS Privacy Notice.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Related technologies include browser local storage, session storage and service-worker caches, which store data on your device without sending it automatically to a server. We use the word "cookies" for all of them below.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies.

Google Fonts and, on the farm map, Esri and OpenStreetMap map tiles are loaded from their servers; this discloses your IP address to them like any web request but sets no cookie of ours.
On your first visit to agenticeye.com a banner offers "Accept all", "Essential only" and "Settings". Your choice is stored in the ae_consent cookie for the whole agenticeye.com domain, so it also applies to the AgenticEye OS app. In the app itself, analytics is part of the service for signed-in users and runs unless you have chosen "Essential only" anywhere on the domain. If you refuse analytics, existing Google Analytics cookies are deleted immediately.
We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal: when it is on and you have not made a choice yet, we treat it as "Essential only" and do not show the banner.
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The version and effective date appear at the top of the page.
