Privacy Notice
מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד החברה אוספת, משתמשת, משתפת ושומרת מידע במסגרת פלטפורמת AgenticEye OS: אפליקציית הדפדפן והמובייל בכתובות agenticeye.com/os ו-os.agenticeye.com, ממשק ה-API לפיתוח, בוט ה-WhatsApp, הודעות הדואר האלקטרוני והתראות ה-Push שהמערכת שולחת, ודפי העזרה שלה ("הפלטפורמה"). היא חלה על משתמשי הפלטפורמה (בעלי חשבון), על עובדים ואנשי קשר של הלקוח שמידע עליהם מוזן למערכת, ועל מי שעשוי להיקלט במצלמות המותקנות במשק.
אתר השיווק agenticeye.com כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של האתר. מדיניות זו היא חלק מהתנאים הכלליים של הפלטפורמה.

כשהלקוח הוא בעל השליטה, הוא אחראי לבסיס החוקי של האיסוף וליידוע נושאי המידע (למשל עובדיו), ואנחנו אחראים לאבטחת המידע ולסיוע במענה לפניות. פניות של עובד או ספק של הלקוח בנוגע למידע עליו יופנו ללקוח, ואנו נסייע לו.

איננו מקבלים החלטות אוטומטיות בעלות השפעה משפטית על אנשים. ההתראות וההמלצות נוגעות לבעלי חיים ולתפעול, והן כלי עזר להחלטת המגדל.
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו מוסרים אותו לצד שלישי לצרכיו של אותו צד. אנו משתפים מידע עם ספקים שמעבדים אותו עבורנו, בהתאם להסכמים המחייבים אותם בסודיות ובאבטחה:

בנוסף, מידע עשוי להימסר ליועצים מקצועיים של החברה הכפופים לסודיות, לרשות מוסמכת כשהדין מחייב, ולרוכש או לנעבר במסגרת מיזוג או מכירת פעילות, בכפוף להמשך תחולת מדיניות זו. רשימת ספקי המשנה העדכנית מתפרסמת בדף זה; על שינוי מהותי בה נודיע ללקוחות 30 יום מראש.
חלק מספקינו פועלים מחוץ לישראל, באיחוד האירופי, בארה"ב ובמדינות נוספות. העברות כאלה נעשות בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס"א-2001, ועל בסיס התחייבויות חוזיות של הספק להגנה על המידע ברמה שאינה נופלת מהנדרש בדין הישראלי. ללקוחות באיחוד האירופי: ישראל מוכרת על ידי הנציבות האירופית כמדינה בעלת רמת הגנה נאותה, והעברות לספקים מחוץ לאיחוד נעשות על בסיס סעיפים חוזיים סטנדרטיים או מסגרת העברה מוכרת אחרת.

אנו מיישמים אמצעים טכניים וארגוניים בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017, ובהם: הצפנת כל התעבורה (TLS); סיסמאות הנשמרות כגיבוב בלבד ומדיניות סיסמאות; אסימוני גישה קצרי מועד עם ניהול סשנים ואפשרות לנתק מכשירים; הרשאות לפי תפקיד ולפי חווה; הגנה מפני ניסיונות התחברות חוזרים; יומני ביקורת לפעולות ניהול; גיבויים יומיים הנבדקים אוטומטית; ניטור עצמי של המערכת והתראה לצוות על חריגות; הפרדת סביבות פיתוח וייצור; וגישה של עובדי החברה למידע על בסיס צורך בלבד. במקרה של אירוע אבטחה חמור נודיע ללקוחות המושפעים ולרשות להגנת הפרטיות כנדרש בדין.
שום מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין. אנא שמרו על סיסמתכם, השתמשו באפשרות "נתק מכשירים אחרים" כשמכשיר אבד, ודווחו לנו מיד על חשד לגישה בלתי מורשית.
אם המידע מתייחס אליכם כעובד או ספק של לקוח שלנו, הפנייה תטופל יחד עם אותו לקוח, שהוא בעל השליטה במידע.
הפלטפורמה משתמשת במספר קטן של עוגיות ובאחסון מקומי בדפדפן:

עוגיות האנליטיקה פועלות בפלטפורמה כחלק מהשירות למשתמשים מחוברים. בחירה ב"חיוניות בלבד" בבאנר העוגיות באתר agenticeye.com, או במסך "מדיניות העוגיות", מכבה אותן גם בפלטפורמה. אפשר גם לחסום אותן בהגדרות הדפדפן; הפלטפורמה תמשיך לפעול במלואה.
הפלטפורמה מיועדת לשימוש עסקי על ידי בגירים. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים מתחת לגיל 18. אם נודע לכם שקטין פתח חשבון, פנו אלינו ונמחק אותו.
נעדכן מדיניות זו כשהמוצר או הדין משתנים. הגרסה העדכנית ומועד תחילתה מתפרסמים בראש הדף ויומן הגרסאות בסופו. על שינוי מהותי נודיע ללקוחות בפלטפורמה או בדואר 30 יום מראש.

This notice explains how the Company collects, uses, shares and keeps information in the AgenticEye OS platform: the browser and mobile app at agenticeye.com/os and os.agenticeye.com, the developer API, the WhatsApp bot, the e-mails and push notifications the system sends, and its help pages (the "Platform"). It applies to Platform users (account holders), to the customer's employees and contacts whose details are entered in the system, and to people who may be captured by cameras installed at a farm.
The marketing website agenticeye.com is covered by the website privacy policy. This notice forms part of the Platform's General Terms.

Where the customer is the controller, it is responsible for the lawful basis of collection and for informing data subjects (for example its employees); we are responsible for securing the information and for assisting with requests. A request from a customer's employee or supplier about their own data is referred to that customer, and we assist.

We make no automated decisions with legal effect on individuals. Alerts and recommendations concern animals and operations and are aids to the grower's decision.
We do not sell personal information and do not give it to third parties for their own purposes. We share information with providers that process it for us under agreements binding them to confidentiality and security:

Information may also be disclosed to the Company's professional advisers bound by confidentiality, to a competent authority where the law requires, and to an acquirer or assignee in a merger or sale of business, subject to this notice continuing to apply. The current sub-processor list is published on this page; customers are notified 30 days in advance of a material change.
Some of our providers operate outside Israel, in the European Union, the United States and other countries. Such transfers are made in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001, and on the basis of the provider's contractual commitments to protect the data at a level no lower than Israeli law requires. For customers in the European Union: Israel is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection, and transfers to providers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses or another recognised transfer framework.

We apply technical and organisational measures in line with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, including: encryption of all traffic (TLS); passwords stored only as hashes and a password policy; short-lived access tokens with session management and the ability to disconnect devices; role- and farm-based permissions; protection against repeated login attempts; audit logs for administrative actions; daily backups that are verified automatically; self-monitoring of the system with alerts to the team on anomalies; separation of development and production environments; and need-to-know access for Company staff. In the event of a serious security incident we will notify affected customers and the Privacy Protection Authority as required by law.
No system is completely immune. Please protect your password, use "sign out other devices" when a device is lost, and report any suspected unauthorised access to us immediately.
If the information concerns you as an employee or supplier of one of our customers, the request is handled together with that customer, which is the controller of the information.
The Platform uses a small number of cookies and browser local storage:

Analytics cookies run in the Platform as part of the service for signed-in users. Choosing "essential only" in the cookie banner on agenticeye.com, or on the Cookie Policy page, turns them off in the Platform too. You can also block them in your browser settings; the Platform keeps working fully.
The Platform is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information about minors under 18. If you learn that a minor has opened an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We will update this notice as the product or the law changes. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of the page and in the version history at the end. We notify customers of a material change in the Platform or by e-mail 30 days in advance.
